The Importance of Mold Inspections

The standard home inspection done prior to purchasing a house may not reveal a mold problem. If you suspect a mold problem, you should call in a professional mold inspection service. These services are not costly and they will provide you with a detailed analysis of any suspected mold issues. They will use thermal imaging as well as fully test for moisture and air quality. Many services will provide a thorough leak and drainage inspection of the home as well. Some of the more high-tech equipment used are fiber optic cameras to see inside the walls, which most homeowners do not have access to.
